General Refund Policy

Since our services involve digital work, consulting, development, and customized solutions, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.

Before Work Begins

A customer may request a full refund if the project is cancelled before any work has started and no resources have been allocated to the project.

After Work Has Started

Once the project has commenced, a refund may be considered only for the portion of work that has not yet been completed or delivered.

Charges for the following are non-refundable:

  • Consultation fees

  • Planning and research work

  • Design and development hours already used

  • Third-party software, plugins, themes, hosting, or tools purchased for the project

  • Advertising spend on Google Ads, Meta Ads, or any third-party platform

  • SMS credits and email marketing credits that have already been used

Website and App Development Services

For website and app development projects:

  • Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable once development work has started.

  • Refund requests made during the project will be evaluated based on the amount of work completed.

  • No refund will be provided after the final project files, source code, or website credentials have been delivered.

SEO Services

SEO is a long-term digital marketing service, and specific rankings or traffic results cannot be guaranteed.

Therefore:

  • Monthly SEO fees are non-refundable.

  • Fees paid for completed SEO activities, content creation, link building, or technical optimization are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation of future monthly services can be requested with written notice before the next billing cycle.

PPC Services

PPC management fees are non-refundable once campaign setup or management work has begun.

The following are also non-refundable:

  • Google Ads spend

  • Meta Ads spend

  • Any advertising budget paid to third-party platforms

SMO Services

Payments made for social media management, content creation, and campaign management are non-refundable after work has started.

Email Marketing and Bulk SMS Services

Due to the nature of digital communication services:

  • Purchased email campaigns and Bulk SMS credits cannot be refunded once they have been activated or used.

  • Unused credits may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the company's discretion.

Client Responsibilities

To avoid project delays and disputes, clients are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate project requirements

  • Content and media files on time

  • Necessary access credentials and approvals

  • Prompt communication during the project

Delays caused by missing information from the client do not qualify for a refund.

Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a project by sending an email to:

Any eligible refund will be calculated after deducting:

  • Work already completed

  • Resources used

  • Third-party expenses incurred

  • Administrative charges, if applicable

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Unauthorised chargebacks for completed work may result in suspension of services and legal recovery of outstanding amounts.
